Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Family Fitness Machines ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you once the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Shipments can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.  If you haven’t received your item within 2 weeks please contact us.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our PRIORITY. If an item is received damaged, please contact Family Fitness Machines. for a replacement item.  We will handle the replacement, shipping, and carrier claim. Should you not want the item within 30 DAYS of delivery, the item may be returned after contacting Family Fitness Machines and receiving a Return Authorization Number. A restocking fee is required and all return shipping is paid by the purchaser. Please return in the original packaging with all instructional and miscellaneous material included.
